Return & Exchange Policy
You may exchange your product within 30 days, though customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during returns and exchanges.
Please note that not all orders are returnable once shipped. We work directly with manufacturers, and if a manufacturer does not accept a return, we cannot offer a refund. This varies by brand and product, so please check individual product pages or reach out to us for specific information.
Due to rising LTL/freight costs, direct returns incur a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. If you choose an exchange, we may be able to assist with some costs depending on the product.
Important Agreement Terms
By purchasing from us, you agree to the following:
- I will inspect the package on delivery, noting and photographing any damage, and report it to support@alldayfairway.com within 24 hours.
- I understand I am responsible for return shipping and new product shipping costs in case of a refund or exchange.
- I understand products must be returned unopened and unused. Additional restocking fees may apply.
- I understand I must cancel orders within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee.
- I understand that returned orders incur shipping fees and a restocking fee, typically around 25%.
- I understand estimated shipping dates may change due to factors outside our control and agree not to file a chargeback if such delays occur.
Damages
Inspect your item(s) upon arrival and note any visible damage. If items arrive damaged, send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a description, to support@alldayfairway.com for an insurance claim. For freight damage, please submit photos and videos within 24 hours, or the claim will not be valid.
Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer—please refer to product pages for details. Warranty claims cover usage-related issues, not damages noted upon arrival. Damage not reported within 30 days is not eligible for warranty coverage.
Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless stated otherwise on the product page. Most products are backed by a full functionality guarantee, meaning you will receive a working product without extra costs. Refer to product pages for specifics.
Products Excluded from Returns
Carl's Place Custom Orders – Custom Enclosures, Impact Screens, Built-In Kits, Padded Walls, and Ceiling Panels cannot be returned or refunded once processing has begun.
Cancellations
To avoid a 3% merchant fee, cancel orders within 24 hours by emailing support@alldayfairway.com. If the order has shipped, it will be treated as a 30-day return, subject to shipping and restocking fees.
BOGO Promotions
For BOGO orders, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one item is returned, you may receive a replacement or store credit. For shipped orders, buyers are responsible for return shipping and may be subject to restocking fees.

Chargebacks
