Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your confirmation email, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking info to update.
For high order volumes or postal delays outside our control, we will immediately reach out to confirm if you’d still like to place your order.. We offer free shipping within the U.S., except for Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Armed Forces locations. Currently, we don’t offer international shipping, but select products ship to Canada. Please provide a phone number with your shipping address due to product size and value.
Carl’s Place Custom Orders
All Day Fairway is an authorized reseller of Carl's Place. Fulfillment on Carl's Place Custom Enclosures and Built-In Screens takes approximately 2-3 weeks. Custom orders—including Enclosures, Impact Screens, and Built-In Kits—are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is placed and processing has begun.
In-Store Pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Full refunds are issued, with certain exclusions.
Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
To cancel without penalty, submit your request within 24 hours. Late cancellations incur a 3% processing fee. If the order has shipped, it will be handled as a 30-day return, and return shipping costs apply.
Custom Order Cancellations
Custom or made to order products are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded after processing begins. All custom order sales are final.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@alldayfairway.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
